Tipping makes you feel good

Down Jump to Comments

When we go to a restaurant or a bar, we usually leave a tip… this is what we’re conditioned to do. Some people leave more than others, but for the most part, we all do it.

But what about when you buy a coffee or a sandwich at the take-out place, do you leave a tip? Most people don’t… I know that I never used to.

But recently I started to and I must admit - I leave the place feeling so much better. The person smiles at me and makes me feel warm inside; and this just makes my overall experience so much better. The next time I go there, they remember me, ask how I’m doing and really treat me well.

So I am a convert and I urge everybody else to try it for a few weeks and see how it makes you feel.
